From 29th April 2020, Vietnam goverment allowed to export personal protective equipment (PPE) normally, don’t need exporting license as previous shipments.
Therefore, Vietnam customs department is going to make facilitate to support exporter to make export customs clearance for PPE shipment to other countries more easily.

Exporter (shipper) need to provide some documents :

- USB token
