About Cambodia transit Customs clearance, have 03 steps to make procedures as below ::

Step 01 : Preparing documents include: Transit B/L, Invoice, Packing list, Authorized letter, transit contract, CDC list (if any). Inside, Transit BL is the most important document which need to check carefully. Transit BL must present enough 2 part important as : “Notify party” and “Description of Goods”.

Description of Goods :

CARGO TRANSIT VIA HO CHI MINH CITY PORT – VIETNAM TO CAMBODIA BY TRUCK. AND CONSIGNEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ON CARRIAGE FROM HO CHI MINH CITY TO CAMBODIA. DESTINATION : CAMBODIA

SOME CAMBODIA TRANSIT DOCUMENTS INCLUDE : TRANSIT DECLARATION ; TRANSIT BILL, INVOICE/PACKING LIST, TRANSIT CONTRACT, LETTER OF AUTHORIZE, CDC LIST (MASTER LIST, IF ANY).

Step 02 : Preparing documents to consginee signature and stamps on original documents. After that, Broker lincese (agent) will apply Import permit to Cambodia Customs (Customs House or Customs at border), this working take 2-3 days from apply until approve permit.

Step 03 : Get approved import permit, broker agent will bring these original documents to Bavet border/ Phnom Penh port to submit with border customs/ port customs to release the container.
