1. BORDER CHARGE (Border surcharge) : This is fee using infrastructure at the border. This fee will be applied for many kind of different transport as transit cargo, export/import cargo. Or kind of truck will be applied with different fees. Please refer detail table of border surcharge as below.

2. CAMCONTROL FEE : other name is survey fee, mean control cargo fee in Cambodia. All cargoes cross the Vietnam and Cambodia border must be charged this fee for truck and container truck.

3. CUSTOMS PROCESSING FEE (CPF) : this fee to handle cargo at Cambodia border, applied for all cargo which transport by truck or container truck.

4. SCANNING FEE : this is container scanning, all container cross Cambodia boder must scan container, not apply for LCL truck.

5. IMPORT PERMIT : other name is Customs permit, mean is import license. Consignee have import permit, their shipment will be free import tax when import into Cambodia. or free both import tax and vat.

When do this fee happen?

If consignee have CDC list for shipment, then make import permit to receive free import tax or Vat tax for every shipment. Quantity cargo free import tax will reduce down to over.

Timeline make import pertmit : Normally about 3 days (if submit enough profile) . In case urgently, customer can use service express, within 1-1,5 days will have import permit.

6. CUSTOMS VALUATION :

Other name is “Customs invoice approve” or “Price approval”. this is customs consultation fee for imported shipment have pay import tax (in case consignee no have CDC list).
